LOCAL PICKUP

You are welcome to organise pick up and collect the product you purchased from Growers & Co. Please call us at 0493 556 678 prior to collection. 

VIC -  881 Prices Hwy, Soringvale VIC 3171

Pick up time :  10am to 2pm  ( Monday  to Friday )

QLD - Pick up at Cleveland or Biggera Waters (Gold Coast) store is by appointment only.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDER

Yes, we do ship internationally using Australia Post. If you are interested in our products, please email us at sales@auspots.com.au



Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. 

All return item(s) must meet the following conditions :

1. item(s) are returned within 30 days of receipt;
2. item(s) are returned in brand new and resalable condition with original packaging; and seal must not be tampered.
3. refund request for mistaken order or change of mind will attract $10 administrative fee 
5. postage on orders are non-refundable once the item has been sent out.

Growers & Co will process refund / exchange within 72 hours upon receiving the product back from you provided the conditions specified above are met.

Please be advised that any postage costs for returned product/s is to be paid by buyer. 

Refund will be processed back to customer account, using the same payment method chosen when placing the order ( e.g. Paypal -> refund back to Paypal, Visa Card -> refund back to Visa card etc)

This return policy does not apply to 'In Stock Pick Up' orders or orders returned to our physical retail stores.

For orders returned to our physical retail store, there will be no administrative costs.
